Service Ownership

Kiswa AI is a software product owned and operated by MavenHandle.

All services provided under Kiswa AI are managed by MavenHandle. References to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to MavenHandle.

Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments for Kiswa AI subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, handling applicable taxes, issuing invoices, and managing refunds and chargebacks.

Your billing statement may show charges from Paddle.com.

Subscription Billing

Kiswa AI services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds on initial purchases are described in our Refund policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kiswa AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kiswa AI provides an AI-powered wardrobe organization and outfit suggestion platform. The Service helps you catalog clothing items, get personalized outfit recommendations, and manage your wardrobe. Features may change over time.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., wardrobe photos). By uploading content, you grant MavenHandle a license to process, store, and use it to provide the Service. You agree not to:

Upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our systems
Share your account or credentials with others

5. AI and Accuracy

Our outfit suggestions and item detection are powered by AI and may not always be accurate. Use the Service as a helpful tool, not as the sole basis for decisions. MavenHandle is not liable for any outcomes resulting from outfit or style recommendations.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle as described in Payments and Merchant of Record and Subscription Billing above. Pricing, plan details, and Paddle's terms may apply at checkout. MavenHandle may change subscription offerings or pricing with advance notice where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Kiswa AI, its branding, and the Service (excluding your content) are owned by MavenHandle. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavenHandle disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MavenHandle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email.
